Ayurvedic diet for good health

The food you consume plays a major role in maintaining your health. Have you seen the older generation? They never eat fast food or junk food. That is the reason behind their good health. Ayurvedic diet ensures that you get all the nutrients you need in adequate quantities and it keeps your body healthy and disease free. Ayurveda has cure for each and every disease. Here are some guidelines for eating according to Ayurveda: Consume natural food: As you know, most of the food products you get now contain pesticides and insecticides, or genetically modified ingredients. There are also processed foods and food containing preservatives. These are considered unfit for consumption. So have food close to nature like whole grains, fruits and vegetables grown organically, wildcrafted herbs and so on. These are healthy and easy to digest. Avoid food fads: You may hear various reports on food or drinks that can work for you. But these may not work for you as they did for others. So, the best way is to include foods that are suitable for your body. An ideal midday ayurvedic meal consists of whole grains, lentils, cooked vegetables that are moderately spicy and lassi. This can provide you the nutrients you need. Food fads and roller coaster diets may not be as effective as they seem. They may rather cause you more harm than good. Have lots of fruits and vegetables: Vegetables and fruits are full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. So have them in large amounts. These will cleanse your body, flush out toxins and keep you healthy and young looking. Eat only when you are hungry: You feel hungry only when the meal you have taken previously is fully digested. कुछ उपयोगी नुस्खे आप सभी के लिये

कुछ उपयोगी नुस्खे आप सभी के लिये: 1 . मेथी (fenugreek), सोंठ और हल्दी बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर, पीसकर रोज सुबह-शाम खाना खाने के बाद गर्म पानी से दो – दो चम्मच खाएं, इससे मौसमी बदलाव के असर से बचे रहेंगे। 2 . रोज सुबह भूखे पेट एक चम्मच कुटी हुई मेथी में, 1 ग्राम कलोंजी (मंगरेल) मिलाकर खाएं, पाचन ठीक रहेगा। 3 . मेथी के दाने हर सुबह खाली पेट, दोपहर और रात को खाना खाने के बाद आधा चम्मच पानी के साथ फाकने से हड्डियों के जोड़ मजबूत रहेंगे। 4 . हल्दी, गुड, पिसा हुआ मेथी दाना और पानी समान मात्रा में मिलाकर गर्म करें और रात को सोते समय घुटनों पर इसका लेप लगाएँ। इस पर पट्टी बांध कर रात भर बंधे रहने दे। सुबह पट्टी हटा कर साफ कर ले। कुछ ही दिनों में दर्द से राहत महसूस होगा। 5. अलसी के बीजो के साथ 2 अखरोट लेने से जोड़ो के दर्द से आराम मिलता है। 6. मेथी के लड्डू खाने से हाथ पैरों के जोड़ो के दर्द में आराम मिलता है। 7. 30 साल की उम्र के बाद रोज मेथी के दाने फांकने से शरीर के जोड़ मजबूत बने रहते हैं। बुढ़ापे तक मधुमेह, ब्लड प्रेशर और गठिया जैसे रोगों से बचाव होता है। 8. मेथी दाने को तवे या कड़ाही में गुलाबी होने तक सेकें। ठंडा होने पर पीस ले, रोज सुबह आधा चम्मच, एक गिलास पानी के साथ लें। 9. मेथी को दरदरी कूट कर सर्दियों मे रोज सुबह दो चम्मच और गर्मियों मे एक चम्मच पानी के साथ लें। 10. अंकुरित मेथी खाएं और इसे खाने के बाद आधे घंटे तक कुछ न खाएं। पाचन दुरुस्त रहेगा और स्किन की समस्याओं से बचे रहेंगे https://www.shimply.com/articles/useful-home-remedies-for-you/

As a kid, I loved getting books from my school library to read, which I would usually read within a day or two, and until the next library period when I could return the ones I had and get a couple of new ones, I would sometimes stealthily raid my father’s collection. He mostly read spiritual material, and this book was one of them. Once I reached an age when I could understand what was being said, I finished the book in one go. And then read it again. And again. And again. To this day. To me, this book showed a glimpse of what life could be experienced as if one were to devote it to self-realization. Written with wit and humour, this book will pull you into a magical world which isn’t fantasy, but real experiences of the spiritual Master Paramhansa Yogananda. It has the potential to kick-start your spiritual journey, if you’re so inclined, or just be a supremely entertaining and unusual story of the life of a man who is recognized as one of the greatest spiritual gurus India has been known for.
