5 Tasty Blends For Your Muesli Brunch.

It is high time we shift our breakfast from oily, heavy and unhealthy to super foods, which give us optimum energy, do not bog us down and are super quick to make and eat. Muesli is one such super food, that is the world’s favorite Brunch that keeps you fit and fighting. While there are a plenty options in the super market for different types of muesli mix, we highly recommend that you make your own, depending on your own taste, preference and body needs. Here are five ultra healthy and uber easy to make muesli recipes:

1. Fruity blends- Our love for fruit is intense and if yours is too, we recommend this recipe. Fruits are the best natural sweeteners and are healthy at the same time. All you need to do is mix 1 ¼ cups of quick-cook oats, with 2/3 cups of low-fat yoghurt and some vanilla essence. Add ¼ cup of honey with 2/3 cups of orange juice then 2/3 cups of any fruits you like….or even a mix of assorted fruits. and voila, it’s ready!
2. Nuts for nuts- If fruits aren’t your thing and you like assorted nuts more, we got you covered. Nuts are the quickest way of getting energy, which is why they should be a part of your everyday diet, especially in the morning. The recipe requires rolled oats, walnuts, almonds and raisins. Mix it all up and top with chia seeds and milk/yoghurt for the perfect breakfast.

3. For the love of chocolate- Hey, chocolate can be healthy if you eat it right. Buy the best quality 70% or more cocoa content chocolate, nuts that you like and rolled oats. Break the chocolate down to chocolate chips, mix it with the oats and the nuts, add raisins for sweetness and enjoy the milky chocolaty breakfast!

4. Honey for them sweets- Honey is the most healthy natural sweetner and extremely energy giving right in the morning. I can also help in weight loss if you consume it properly. Just mix 250 grams of oats with 150 ml of fresh orange juice and leave it overnight. When having it in the morning, mix it with 250 ml of yoghurt and 3 tablespoons of clear, best quality honey. Top it with fresh raspberries and your yummy, honeylicious breakfast is ready!

5. The I want it all muesli- This is basically for those who love big breakfast and have no singular allegiance to nuts or fruits. If you have a long day and have late lunches, we recommend this recipe. Take your oats and soak them in orange juice over night. In the morning, mix your favourite fruits, nuts and chocolate chips.

See, it’s super easy and fun! It’s time for you to switch to healthy breakfast options for not only being fit but also feel good on the inside. Ps- Do not add sugar, muesli is also quite tasty if you make it right and add raisins and honey instead of sugar! So get on the health train.
