Veteran Day celebrated by Google

Google paid its tribute to the Veteran day in its usual way. Google showed gratitude towards the nation’s heroes by creating a doodle. This time, the doodle created was bigger than the normal size and was very impressive.

November 11 was initially celebrated in United States as Armistice day to honour those who served in the World War I. After the World War II, the idea was expanded to include all veterans who had served in the armed services.

It is refreshing how Google takes time to pay its respect to everything and everyone in such a creative way.
